（一）《技術(shù)細(xì)則》中規(guī)定禁止在正常情況下運(yùn)輸?shù)奈ｋU(xiǎn)品； (1)Dangerous goods that are identified in the Technical Instructions as being forbidden for transport in normal circumstances; （二） 受到感染的活動(dòng)物。 (2)Infected live animals. 第九條 Article 9 禁止通過(guò)航空郵件郵寄危險(xiǎn)品或者在航空郵件內(nèi)夾帶危險(xiǎn)品，《技術(shù)細(xì)則》中另有規(guī)定的除外。 Dangerous goods to be sent by air mail or to be carried in air mail are forbidden, unless otherwise provided for in the Technical Instructions. 禁止將危險(xiǎn)品匿報(bào)或者謊報(bào)為普通物品作為航空郵件郵寄。 Dangerous goods hidden or falsely reported of the general goods are forbidden for sending by post as air mail. 郵政企業(yè)、快遞企業(yè)收寄危險(xiǎn)品的，依照《中華人民共和國(guó)郵政法》的規(guī)定處罰。 Postal services enterprise, express service enterprise will be punished for accepting and sending dangerous goods in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law of the Peoples’ Republic of China. 第十條 Article 10 任何航空器均不得載運(yùn)《技術(shù)細(xì)則》中規(guī)定的在任何情況下禁止航空運(yùn)輸?shù)奈锲泛臀镔|(zhì)。 Articles and Substances that are identified in the Technical Instructions as being forbidden for transport by air under any circumstances shall not be carried on any aircraft. 第十一條 Article 11 符合下列情況的物質(zhì)和物品，不受本規(guī)定的限制： Articles and Substances which conform to the following situations are exempted from the limitations of this Regulation: （一）已分類(lèi)為危險(xiǎn)品的物品和物質(zhì)，根據(jù)有關(guān)適航要求和運(yùn)行規(guī)定，或者因《技術(shù)細(xì)則》列明的其他特殊原因需要裝上航空器時(shí)。 (1)Articles and substances which have been classified as dangerous goods but which are required to be aboard the aircraft in accordance with the pertinent airworthiness requirements and operating regulations or for other special reasons identified in the Technical Instructions. 航空器上載運(yùn)的上述物品和物質(zhì)的替換物，或者因替換已被卸下的物品或者物質(zhì)，除《技術(shù)細(xì)則》允許外，應(yīng)當(dāng)按本規(guī)定進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸。 The replacements of the above articles and substances, or the articles and substances removed for replacement, which are carried on an aircraft, shall be transported in accordance with this Regulation except as permitted in the Technical Instructions. |
