If a passenger fails to occupy the space that has been reserved for him on a flight without prior notice, Xiamen Airlines shall be entitled to cancel the associated original, onward or return reservations that Xiamen Airlines has made or procured for the passenger. And a service charge may be payable by a passenger who fails to use a seat for which a reservation has been made.. 5.7 座位再確認(rèn) 5.7 Reconfirmation of reservations 對(duì)于已定妥廈航續(xù)程或回程航班座位，廈航不再要求進(jìn)行再確認(rèn)。但如果其他承運(yùn)人要求旅客對(duì)續(xù)程或回程的座位進(jìn)行再確認(rèn)，旅客應(yīng)向客票上載明其代號(hào)的承運(yùn)人辦理座位再確認(rèn)手續(xù)。 Xiamen Airlines does not require reconfirmation of existing reservations for onward or return flights of Xiamen Airlines. However, if other carriers require passengers to reconfirm onward or return reservations, passengers should reconfirm such flights directly with the carrier whose designator code appears on the ticket. 6 拒絕運(yùn)輸和限制運(yùn)輸 6.REFUSAL AND LIMITATION OF CARRIAGE 6.1 廈航出于安全等原因，根據(jù)自己的合理判斷，認(rèn)為屬于下列情形之一的，有權(quán)拒絕運(yùn)輸任何旅客及其行李，由此給旅客造成的損害，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任： 6.1 Xiamen Airlines may refuse the carriage of any passenger or passenger's baggage, without liability to the passenger for any loss resulting there from, for reasons of safety or if, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, Xiamen Airlines determines that: a) 為遵守出發(fā)地點(diǎn)、經(jīng)停地點(diǎn)、目的地點(diǎn)或飛越國(guó)家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定或命令； a) the passenger fails to obey the applicable laws, rules, or decrees of the countries or regions to be flown from, into or over. b) 旅客的行為、年齡、精神或健康狀況不適合航空旅行，或可能對(duì)其他旅客造成不舒適，或?qū)ζ浔救嘶蚱渌藛T的生命或財(cái)產(chǎn)造成危險(xiǎn)或危害； b) the conduct, age or mental or physical state of the passenger is deemed unfit for air transportation and is such as to cause discomfort or make other passengers anxious or involve any hazard of risk to himself or herself or to other persons or to property; or |
